Feature Request: manuel set for historical Data to special Sensors

User story

For some sensors it makes sense to keep historical data longer, e.g. power consumption. Other sensor data are not required for that long. A distinction would be desirable here.

Acceptance criteria

  • Allow users to choose how long to store data per device/sensor
