The automatic license activation of my PRTG Enterprise Monitor license does not work. What can I do?
I use a Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor license and have a license activation issue. The license does not seem to update automatically. When I go to Setup | License Information in the PRTG web interface and click Refresh Information, I get the following error message:
|License has expired. (Failed to establish secure connection Socket Error #10060 Connection timed out.)|
What can I do?
