Marking sensors/devices as favorite also available for readonly users

User story

As a prtg user, I want to be able to mark sensors and/or devices as my 'favorite', even when I have no 'write' rights on that object. At the moment only in the web-interface an error is shown.

Acceptance criteria

  1. User is able to mark/unmark sensors as favorite where he has 'write' rights
  2. User is able to mark/unmark sensors as favorite where he has 'readonly' rights
  3. User is able to mark/unmark devices as favorite where he has 'write' rights
  4. User is able to mark/unmark devices as favorite where he has 'readonly' rights
  5. Works in prtg-desktop
  6. Works in the web-interface
