Hello,

Thank you for your message.

Can you please open a support inquiry by sending a support bundle of the PRTG server via the menu Setup > Contact Support.

Regards.

When we will receive the support bundle, a ticket will be opened and we will reply to it directly, so you will get an email from us.

You do not need a ticket id yet, the field should be used when a ticket is already opened to avoid having many tickets created when new support bundles are required.

Regards.
