Small dashboard alarms on the welcomepage

I would like to integrate the alarms (small) in the left box on the welcomepage. Is this possible? And how can i fix the size of the left box?

Thank you for your post.

The "Welcome" page can not be customised, however you can create a Map and use it as your welcome page instead of the pre-made one.
