Difference between port 162 and 135

Why do we need still need 135 if 162 is already responding via SNMP trap?

Hey joshuang,

while port 162 is used for SNMP Traps, port 135 is used for WMI sensors. Please check this article for details: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/61462-which-ports-does-prtg-use-on-my-system
