We are using PRTG to monitor our servers and I have received a request today for exporting email notifications sent by to export email notifications sent by PRTG to our IT Admin team from specific group of servers from a year back to today. Does this available under the system and if so, how can I run such a report as I am new to PRTG.

Thank you for your message.
Regarding what yo would like to achieve, I'm afraid that there is no native option to generate report with such information.
However, you have the possibility to get the notification logs of a group by using the following API call:
https://PRTGServer/api/table.xml?content=messages&columns=objid,name,datetime,parent,status,sensor,device,group,probe,message,priority,type,tags,active&count=*&id=GROUPID&start=1&filter_status=13&filter_drel=7days&username=PRTGUSER&passhash=PASSHASH
