I'm not able to synchronize my LDAP to PRTG

I've set my LDAP and groups correctly following this link:

https://meca-monitor.me.local/help/active_directory_integration.htm

However, I'm not able to see the status of the sync or even see the new members of the group in my PRTG console. I've added some and still the same ones.
Can you explain how it works and if there's a way to add more members to the group?
