Can't create user account

Hi,

We install a new PRTG (1000 sensors) using our existing config (version17, 1000 sensors). The admin of the new license and old license is different. We need to create a user account in the new PRTG with the same username and password as the old admin. However, when trying to create we are receiving this kind of error "A user with this login name already exists. Login names have to be unique." Already checked the user accounts and the old admin is not listed. How can I solve this? Thank you in advance! :)

Normally the login data of the old admin should be still present; if it's a default PRTG admin account, it cannot be deleted. Could you please try to add a new admin account?
