Hello, we have developed an application, that parses and evaluates the REST API XML.

Recently, the PRTG server refuses the connection of the PHP server. Where can I enter the IP of the server so that the application work again?

PRTG version: 21.2.67.1562+

connection-refused file-get-contents ip php rest xml

Hello,

You do not need to enter the IP of the server anywhere in PRTG. As long as the server is able to reach and connect to the PRTG Server, the API should work as well (assuming you are using correct credentials within your API call).

If this is the case and the issue persists, feel free to send us screenshots of the issue, the API Call you are using, as well as log files from PRTG to [email protected] so we can take a closer look.
