Regarding the issue you are facing, I invite you to make sure that the sensor is UP and get data on both Master and Failover nodes. According to the sensor state, it is not the case on one of the node and therefore it is necessary to isolate the origin of the issue.
To troubleshoot the issue more easily, I also invite you to open a support request by providing a support bundle from the master (via Setup > Contact Support). Then, when you have a ticket id, please use it to send a support bundle from the failover node (by using the same menu as earlier).
Please, provide screenshot of the corresponding sensor as well as device to illustrate the issue. Make sure to capture the entire interface to avoid loosing information which might help us.
