Over the past few weeks we have been experiencing issues with PRTG monitoring across multiple sites for different customers.
The most frequent error we have been experiencing is a handful of sensors all going to a "Down" state at the same time with the error "Out of Memory."
Another similar error we are receiving across sites is "Not enough storage is available to process this command."
We have been testing making sure the proper amount of virtual memory is allocated, and the Page File has been increased but all servers are still experiencing the issue. This issue started occurring towards the end of May and beginning of July. What started as an issue for a single site, is now affecting a handful of our customers. All of these networks are separate so we know it is not an isolated issue.
All sites experiencing these issues have been fully updated. Has anyone else been experiencing similar issues? I have not located any recent forums discussing this problem.
