CPU probe question

Hello,

I would like to set up PRTG to put CPU probe in DOWN status if it lets say over 90% of CPU usage in 5 minutes time.

How can i do that?

Hello There.
You can configure when the sensor state shows as a Down. This can be accomplished in the channel settings of this sensor by configuration Alert based on limits, and then set an upper error limit of 90%. This will make the sensor change the state to Down. Then you can configure a state trigger to notify you after 300 seconds (5 minutes).

You will not be able to control a state after the condition has been reached, but you can choose when to be notified about it.
