Error while Starting PRTG Desktop "MSVCP140.dll not found"

We have a central Monitoring PC in our Buro on which the Web-Interface of PRTG is running 24/7. Now i wanted to Install PRTG Desktop, but after i installed it and tried to start it, i get an error message saing "MSVCP140.dll not found, try reinstalling the Programm" (which didnt help). Its running perfectly fine on my PC. Can someone help?

Thank you for your message.

The error "MSVCP140.dll not found indicated that the Visual C++ Redistributable are missing on the system.

Therefore, I invite you to install the packages available on Microsoft's website here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0
