Thank you for your message.
To enable/disable the unusual detection, you can use the following API request with the appropriate value:
https://PRTGServer/api/setobjectproperty.htm?id=0&name=wantunusual&value=State&username=PRTGUser&passhash=Passhash
The value "State" can be active or inactive.
