Trigger Notifications Bug

I just add a new PRTG on a computer today. All it's OK until this moment : I want to add somme notifications triggers for the root. But there is noting inside and when I click on add an event Trigger nothing append. Could somebody help me please ?

Hi there,

I tried to add a notification trigger at root level and it worked as expected in the latest version. Please let me know which certain trigger you want to add and which error is displayed.
