VMware Host Hardware Status (SOAP) Sensor - Not reporting CPU info After 6.7 Upgrade

Votes:

Hi,

We have updated our ESXI Server estate to V6.7 from V6.5, our sensor is now reporting almost 200 unknown elements almost all related to CPU.

These have been supressed for now but how do I go about kicking this back into life?

A reboot of the target is an arduous task due to the 5 9s, a reinstall of the sensor has not resolved it. From speaking to support they suggest that the upgrade may result in the drivers not being able to communicate with the CIM service. Does this mean that we have to wait for VMware to release an update to the sensor?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated!
