Hello,
Thank you for your message.
To check which OID(s) return the temperature of your sensor, I invite you to download its MIB file here: https://www.wut.de/e-5wwww-15-inde-000.php (MIB für Web-Thermometer).
Then, open the file with MIB Importer and search for the corresponding OID. To test if the latter works, you can use the SNMP Tester tool. To do so, select the option (in SNMP Tester, under "Select Request Type") according to the type of value mentioned in MIB importer when clicking on the OID (next to "kind"):
- Single : option "Custom OID" in SNMP Tester
- Table : option "Walk"
When you have found the OID(s) you need, you can export them by following the steps below:
- enabling the partial selection in the menu File > Enable Partial Selection
- select the OID(s)
- use the button "Save partial selection as" in the menu File as well
Afterwards, copy the oidlib file in the snmplib folder located under "C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\snmplibs" on the PRTG server, and then add a new SNMP Library sensor to use it. You should then be able to monitor the temperature of your device.
If there is one OID, you can also simply use the SNMP Custom sensor and put your OID in the input field displayed when you add the sensor.
Regards.
