Incorrect URL's in email notifications

Hello,

I have been searching to find a solution online, but couldn't find a similar topic. In our mail notifications, for all the links to the PRTG server, the link is incorrect. This goes for all the links in the mail body, here the footer as an example:

Sent 2-9-2021 13:20:13 to <my mail address> by PRTG Network Monitor (Mon-02) (https://ad.local)

In that footer, the text "PRTG Network Monitor (Mon-02) (https://ad.local)" is the link, and when placing the mouse over it, it shows "https://ad.local" instead of https://mon-02.ad.local

I have no idea how long ago this issue started, and have no idea where to change something so the links point to our PRTG server instead of to the domain only. Mail templates or the like have never been changed. Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you for your message.

Regarding the issue with the links in the notifications, I invite you to check the address configured in the DNS Name field under Setup > System Administration > User Interface (/systemsetup.htm?tabid=1) | PRTG Web Interface, as PRTG uses that field to generate the links in the notification emails: https://manuals.paessler.com/system_website_settings.htm#settings

Is the address configured there correct ?

Somehow I totally forgot about this. So almost 2 years later, this was the solution :-)
