Hello Andrei,

Thank you for your message.

To trigger alerts based on specific messages, I invite you to add filters in one (or both) of the following fields: Warning Filter and Error Filter. You will find the available filters in the sensor manual here: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/syslog_receiver_sensor#filter_rules.

By default, the channels Errors and Warnings already have their limit set accordingly (to 0,00000001#/s) which trigger the corresponding state instantly when value is different of 0. Therefore, simply configure a notification trigger based on your need to trigger an alert.

Here is some documentations which can help you: https://www.paessler.com/support/how-to/syslogs-snmp-traps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxBbuswQtnE

Regards.
