Anyone has any experience with getting ticket info from freshcerice?
We want to have a number of unassigned tickets on our prtg dashboard.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
You could use the freshdesk API to retrieve the ticket information. You can then try to use a HTTP XML/REST Value or a Rest Custom sensor to monitor this.
