We are synchronizing the Alarms from PRTG with ServiceNow using the Servicenow connector.
After a sustained outage, we are seeing a massive influx of hundreds of thousands of alarms having sync across from PRTG to Serivcenow. is it possible to just dump all the alarms from PRTG side? and restart the connection?
PRTG - latest patch / update . Servicenow - Quebec / ITOM License.
