Veeam Backup Job Status Advanced Sensor false state

Hi, we are using the new Veeam Backup Job Status Advanced Sensors and noticed that some of the Jobs are showing a "failed" state. But when I check our Veeam Backup & Replication Console (v11), it shows that everything is OK and the last run has finished with "Success".

It seems that the Backup Copy job failed once, but succeded on the next run. Somehow the PRTG Sensor does not notice the new status. This only happens to one or two sensors... the other 50 Jobs look OK.

Hi Marc,

I would recommend to enable the option "Store Result". This will create additional and more detailed log files. With these files you can investigate the issue in more detail. If you need more help with this, please feel free to contact us via [email protected].
