I want use WMI HDD Health sensor. but makes such a mistake Drive not found (code: PE013) in PRTG Network Monitor 17.3.32.2478+

what can i do ?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

The error suggests that the selected drive can not be found or no longer exists.
Have you tried to recreate the sensor?

Yes. The error suggeste that the selected drive can not be find. I have tried to recreate but nothing changed

Hello,

During the recreation of the sensor, could you see the disk during the meta scan? Or at which exact point did the creation fail? Does the error message persist the same?
