Hi, I have a sensor down with the following error "Host not found. This message indicates that the key (name, address, and so on) was not found. Socket Error # 11001 Host not found. (socket error # 11001)" and it won't allow me to reset the sensor. How do I fix this? I have searched google for answers and can't find a solution to fix it.

I can ping the probe server both ways from target <-> probe

can someone assist?

Hello there
Thank you for reaching us.
The last time I saw a problem similar, was because the customer had accidentally selected IPV6 instead of IPV4 on the sensor settings. Please make sure all your device settings are properly configured including the Ip address or hostname of the target endpoint.
