Hello unknown Paessler employee,

the PRTG app for iOS is working fine. Thank you very much for that.

I would like to offer my employees the shortest possible setup process for their iPhones. I can achieve this by using so called Config Keys.

We could deliver your app pre-filled with the description, username, server address and port so that the end user only has to enter his password.

I know you have a lot of work to do, but I would be very happy if you could put this topic on your to-do list! :)

Hello,

The shortest possible setup process for the android/IOS App is to use the PRTG in-built QR Code. To connect the App to the Core Server, you can scan the QR code that can be found in PRTG's web interface under "Setup | Account Settings". Click on "Show QR code for Mobile App Login" to reveal the QR code and scan it within the PRTG for mobile app. This QR codes will automatically link all required information for the corresponding PRTG server and referring user account.
