Hi,

one of our customer had a problem in some sensors that worked fine for a while and now is: "Access violation address 005389E2 in module 'PRTG Probe.exe'. Read of address 49414D8B".

The sensors with this problem are: CPU, Pagefile, Memory, Broadcom and Volume. It happens in only one server.

Could you please help us?

Thank you very much.

Please try:

  • rebooting the host
  • restarting the probe

If none of these help, please see WMI repair list
