Remove Status of Processing (Process: 0%) in PRTG Report

Hello,

Can we remove/change status of Processing (Process: 0%) into idle without generating reports?

We are able to generate reports in HTML but does not want to generate into PDF.

Tried to find cancel/abort for generating reports, but no luck.

0- idle processing prtg report

Can you check if the "print spooler" service is running on the PRTG server. PRTG needs this service in order to create reports. If the report is still getting stuck at 0% after enabling the print spooler, you can contact us by opening a ticket at [email protected] and send us screenshots of the issue you are referring to as well as of the report settings so we can take a closer look.
