WMI Sensors Status Is Unknown

I'm trying to add the WMI remote ping sensor, but I'm getting the following error. "This sensor has not received any data since startup. Check the "Interval Delay WMI" channel of the Probe Health sensor. Consider distributing your WMI sensors across several probes!". I made the scan interval 300 seconds. I restarted the core server. I restarted the device's WMI service. I checked the credentials. These did not provide a solution. By the way, there is no problem when I check with WMI tester. But all the WMI sensors I have added remain in unknown state. Thanks for your help.
