Probe Device sensors and WMI sensors are in Gray

Hi PRTG,

We have experienced an issue today where our PRTG server clock was mistakenly changed. We’ve noticed that when we changed the clock for about to hours, the probe health device was disconnected and has a 400% delay interval. We revert back to the correct time of the server and the delay went up to 44,000% delay (probe health) .

I have decided to reboot the PRTG server and hoping to fix it. When the PRTG server was rebooted most of the sensors for about 770 sensors turned into gray. We have a total of 860 active sensors.

Please help.

Hi Tim,

I sent you an email from our ticketing system and we will work that way which is the best to get the logs and so on.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Miguel Aikens
