Palo Alto SNMP HA sensor showing wrong lookup

I have two Palo Alto firewalls setup in an Active\Passive configuration. I have added the OID codes to monitor the HA on both firewalls. (1.3.6.1.4.1.25461.2.1.2.1.11.0 and 1.3.6.1.4.1.25461.2.1.2.1.12.0)

The current active firewall has the sensors showing the correct data (it is active and the peer is passive) and both sensors are green.

The current passive firewall has the sensors showing the correct data (it is passive and the peer is active), but both sensors are yellow and showing a warning.

How do I correct this and or why is the the second firewall showing errors?

The “Top” Palo show green check marks for Node and Peer modes….
The “Bottom” Palo shows yellow warning status icons even though they Node and Peer are correct.
The “Bottom” Palo should be showing green checks as well.

In this screenshot we can see that the Sensor is in the warning state but not why. Therefore, please share the warning message.
