Hello Sanoj,
As ServiceNow is a cloud-based ticketing tool we can integrate via mail notifications that automatically generate a ticket or by using the HTTP Action notification to call the services API.

Please get in touch with the ServiceNow support to inquire about how the queries need to be formatted to generate your desired ticket.
