spiceworks.com HTTP Full Web Page sensor

Hi folks,

I have an HTTP Full Web Page sensor configured to look at https://on.spiceworks.com. I have also tried https://accounts.spiceworks.com/. If I use either the Chromium or Internet Explorer browser engine the sensor reports the page as being down, yet I am able to browse it without issue. (We've got several Full Web Page sensors, and all the rest are reporting without issue) If I use PhantomJS it works, but it shows a loading time of 0 seconds so I'm not sure is to be trusted. The error it shows with Chromium and Internet Explorer is "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH".

Is there a way to get this site working with this sensor?

Thanks

Hello,

I have just tested both URLs that you mentioned, and they both seem to work when Internet Explorer is used as the browser engine. Is this sensor added on a remote porbe? If he is, are you able to open the sites in a browser from that probe?

Kind regards,

Thanks Sasa. Yes, both working for me now with Internet Explorer, yet oddly neither worked the other day, yet they both worked on my own PC (on the same LAN, with same filtering, firewall etc.). I didn't test on the server itself that PRTG is installed on, so will try that next time.
