How to setup text output to a sensor

Hi I want below to set as a sensor. please help me

curl https://xx.xx.xx.xx/health

{"status":"OK"}

if status is OK sensor should be green, other wise it should alert me.

The returned data for standard SSH Script sensors must be in the following format:

returncode:value:message
