If the PRTG server is down there any way to show gaps instead of 100% downtime in PING probe?

Hello,

Our PRTG server has been down for hardware reasons, is there any way in reports to show a gap in the report when the PRTG server was down instead of 100% down as if the client were not responding due to other issues?

The probe itself has not been running since the PRTG server running the probe was not up and running.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Sebastian,

The historic results cannot change in reports, as they happend like that. In the future you can deploy maintenance windows to stop the monitoring during hardware issues.

You can do this via a Right Click > Pause > On-Time Maintenance Window. This will lower the coverage and not increase the downtime.
