prtg not executing powershell script only for down alerts for meraki devices.

I have defined a template to execute a powershell script as well as a webhook call for a Meraki device. When the sensor for this device goes down the prtg is able to trigger the template and execute the script but when the device goes in down state it is not executing the script at all (tho the webhook call is executing).

Also that same template works fine for other sensors for both down and up alerts. please help me debug the issue.

Hello,

with the menu Logs / System Events / Notification Related, do you see a log entry that the script is started, or not?

In case the file does get started according to the log menu, please add debug logging in the script. Please write such log into a directory like \Temp, as the folder of the script itself is protected.
