Hi,

After the recent Windows update I've noticed that PRTG's Dark Mode no longer works. Did anyone notice the same issue? Is there a way to "force" Dark Mode?

Thanks, Attila

Hello,

is this about the PRTG web interface? Dark mode is purely a browser thing here. Which browser do you use?

Hi, In my account within PRTG the mode is set to dark. I've tried it in Firefox 102.0 (64-bit) fresh install with mode set to dark - PRTG pages are still white. I've tried it in Google Chrome 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) - PRTG pages are still white. In Chrome I also did a cache cleanup - no change. I've also done a power-down and power-up (just in case...) without any change.

Can you please explain how this is purely a browser thing when a freshly installed browser displays the PRTG web interface in white when the mode is set to dark?

Thanks, Attila

Hello,

in the web interface, the interface in rendered purely in the browser.

If you however use the Desktop App, this one has its own dark mode theme, via File / Setting.

Which interface are you using?

Hello,

can you for analysis create a new user and set it to dark theme? Does it work if you login with that user?
