Migration to new server without loosing data

Hi,

We run PRTG on 2 windows servers 2016 acting in a cluster as a master and slave.

We have read de KB about the migration, but there is no information about migrating the slave server without loosing the previous data.

How can we do this upgrade without loosing data from both servers?

Hey,

please allow me to quote from our migration guide: If you plan to move a failover node to a different system, you can follow the migration steps as well.

So, please follow the same steps for the Master also for the Failover and you should be good to go.
