Alert on different values

Hi,

We have temperature sensors in our PRTG system for our Data center.

Right now the threshold is set to 26.0 degrees. but sometimes the sensor can give values of 26.1, 26.2 back to 25.9 back to 26.0. resulting in the system spamming alert mails.

What we would like is to have the sensor go in a down state at 26, and only come back up when it went below 25,5 after it went in a down state.

Could this be done in any way? i couldn't find anything like this.

Thanks in advance! :)

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The sensor will always leave the Down state as soon as the value is below the set limit.
