How can I stack/aggregate multiple ports from multiple routers into 1 graph?

I have 2 Extreme/Brocade MLX routers, with different DIA connections. I not only want to monitor each port but also see a stacked/aggregated port/graph to see overall Traffic?

Thanks for your KB post. To do that, you can use the factory sensor.
