Reverse monitoring

Hi

I have a rootca / server i want to monitor if its switched on - it is supposed to be switched off all the time. If its on, i want to have a down alarm.

So kind of a reverse ping! If its ping'able it should generate an alarm.

How do i do this?

ping prtg reverse
