So, it's not possible to disable the tickets created when PRTG scans for devices as these are included in logs for troubleshooting issues.
You can, however, disable the email notifications created by the tickets. To do this, navigate in the web interface to Setup > System Administration > User Accounts and edit the settings of the intended user. Scroll down to Ticket System and select "Do not receive any emails from the ticket system".
