How can i calculate the downtime of specific link of overall year .

Hello,
You can create Uptime/Downtime reports by using one of the Top 10 (or Top 100) uptime downtime templates. To get the uptime/downtime for a year, just set the time period for the report to the last 12 months. More details on how to create reports can be found here.
