SSL Certificate

I have uploaded Private Key, Signed Certificate per PRTG instruction but still getting SSL error. Is there tech support number that I can contact to get some help?

Hello Jeff,

I understand that you are having issues with importing the certificate to PRTG, correct?

- Did you use the Cert Importer tool to upload the certificate? https://www.paessler.com/tools/certificateimporter

You can also follow the manual process listed here: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/283-how-can-i-use-a-trusted-ssl-certificate-with-the-prtg-web-interface

If the problem persists you can create submit a ticket from PRTG web server by using the "Contact Support" ribbon on the lower right side corner or by sending an email to [email protected]
