How to Add APC (EMS) sensor to PRTG?

hi i'm very trying to add APC EMS(Environmental Management System) temp/humi sensor in prtg but it say (SNMP error # -2003) also checked with snmp tester result:

Hello there,

Thanks for the feedback.

The error message showing "No response [...] (SNMP error # -2003)" indicates a timeout and/or that PRTG is not able to receive the requested information via SNMP.

However, the test, shows you manage to get the result. May I know if the computer QWERTY(192.168.50.111) is the PRTG Probe you trying to add the SNMP sensor to?

If yes, this means no network issue between the Probe and the targeted device. Please check the SNMP credential on the PRTG Device Settings.

If not, you need to do the SNMPtest from the affected probe. Thanks.
