How to find sensors monitoring a URL?

Hello,

We are trying to audit how many sensors are monitoring a specific URL. We found that after pausing the sensors on the probe for that URL, we are still seeing requests come in to that URL from PRTG. We tried the search functionality on PRTG but did not find anything to filter by URL. How can we search for this?

At the moment it is not possible to filter for this specifically, if you entered the URL in the 'search' field on the interface and nothing shows up, you would need to filter the sensors for the sensor types that can be monitoing a website like HTTP sensors, HTTP Advanced.

Also depending on what kind of requests you are getting on this site, if you see Ping then you should look at Ping sensors and Cloud Ping sensors. Also try searching for the IP address of that webserver instead of the URL as you may have a device with the IP address of that page.

You can also try to block that access to that page from the PRTG at the network level, in theory any sensors monitoring this page should show Down status, that way you can see if any sensor gets alerted when you block that access.
