Remote Probe External IP changed.

We have a remote probe in singapore that has changed external IP. Its still a functional prtg remote probe but is now down and i need to fix it.

What do we need to do to get it connected to core again?

I need to allow new ip into core firewall which im doing but any other app layer parts i need to update please?

externalip reconfigure remoteprobe

Hi, thanks for your question. Once you've changed your configuration on the core server firewall, the remote probe should just reconnect as before - changing it's IP address won't affect how it connects to the core.

If it still isn't connecting, it might be worth double checking your settings on the remote probe Admin Tool, just to make sure everything is as it should be.
