Hi Guys, can PRTG store configuration changes made on a device such that when previous configuration is needed it can be generated.

Hello,
I'm afraid this isn't possible as PRTG is intended to be a monitoring software and therefore has no configuration management capabilities. Also take a look here: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/50083
