/run/user/* Linux disk Monitoring

When running an auto-discovery for linux servers, SNMP Disk free sensors are added for /run/user/* which is the temporary drive for the logged in user. When the user logs off the server, the sensor goes into alarm as "Could not find data for ...". Any recommendation on how to monitor these disk without getting alerted for the user logging off but still being able to monitor how much data is being used/is free?

We would also still like to alert based on how much data is being used/is free for the temporary user drive when the user is logged in.

Hello Dear customer.

Thank you for contacting PRTG support.

Have you tried to use https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_linux_disk_free_sensor for monitoring the Linux device?

I think will be better to assist you by opening a support case along with the logs and screenshot of the affected sensor to verify where the error is coming from.

Please proceed and open a case via email at [email protected]
