Hi community,

i´ve setup my first PRTG Cloud instance. Yesterday i deleted the remote probe that was setup initially during the deployment. There were added loads of unidentified systems - i want to build up my infrastructure from scratch, where do i begin?

I have one remote probe installied on a physical server in my network, but that one is gone now.

Maybe a screenshot depicts my problem better:

Hello,

when a Probe is 'deleted', it's IP and GID get's written into the "Denied IPs" respective "Denied GIDs"-List under "Setup"->"System Administration"->"Core & Probes".
After removing the IP and GID from this list the Probe will appear as a new probe.

After approving the new "old" Probe you can add your devices again.

Kind regards,
